In-Line Electric Nutrunner for Precision Industrial Assembly
Description
KONSON manufactures industrial electric nutrunners for precision fastening, including corded handheld, right-angle, pistol-grip and servo-controlled nutrunner systems for automotive and heavy-duty assembly.
What Is an In-line Electric Nutrunner?
An in-line electric nutrunner is a corded industrial fastening tool with a straight output configuration. The motor, gearbox and drive are arranged along the same axis as the fastener, allowing the operator or automation system to apply controlled torque directly to the joint. In-line electric nutrunners are commonly used in automotive and industrial assembly where straight access to the fastening point is available.
What Is a Servo Nutrunner System?
A servo nutrunner system is an intelligent fastening solution that controls tightening torque and rotation angle throughout the tightening cycle. By integrating the nutrunner, controller, torque measurement and angle monitoring, the system provides repeatable fastening performance and process control for industrial assembly.

Key Specifications:
1. Features a unique rotatable design, allowing the reaction arm to rotate freely to adapt to different reaction positions.
2. Extremely compact structure — the motor is arranged at a right angle to minimize the tool length, making it ideal for tightening in confined spaces.
3. Clear status indicators (Work / OK / NG) and digital torque display are located at the rear of the tool for intuitive operation and error prevention.
4. Equipped with a multi-gear model selection knob, allowing direct access to preset tightening parameters for different models — convenient and efficient.
5. The handle trigger controls the tightening speed: half-pressed for slow speed, fully pressed for fast tightening — ideal for applications requiring precise alignment with pin holes.
6. Torque range: 100–3000 N·m (11 selectable levels).
7. Torque accuracy: ≤ ±3%.
8. Low noise: ≤ 62 dB.
