☆ Tightening mode: torque control, torque control + angle monitoring, angle control + torque monitoring, torque control + angle control, etc., can be selected according to customer needs.

Control mode: master-slave control mode.

☆ Tightening rhythm: 15 seconds/each bolt or nut (a single cycle tightening time)

Konson brand tightening system is a high-tech assembly tightening tool with high efficiency, high precision and low noise, which is independently developed by Dalian Kangzhan and has its own intellectual property rights. It has the advantages of compact, durable and easy integration. The tool adopts the structure form of imported brands from abroad, avoiding the defect of low integration degree of domestic brands, and adopts Ethercat bus architecture, making the system topology flexible, simple and easy to use, fast response, good synchronization and strong real-time performance.

Konson tightening system is divided into two types according to the performance of the tightening spindle : standard type and high-performance type . Both tightening spindle systems are composed of a power supply module (PSM), a master station module (MSM), a slave station module (SSM), and a tightening spindle.
